Kako se pravi?
Najpre se sir izmrvi i onda se zajedno sa jajima umuti mikserom. Zatim se dodaje ulje, voda, prasak za pecivo i na kraju kukuruzno brasno. Svi sastojci se sjedine i izliju u prethodno nauljen pleh ili kalupe za mafine. Pece se na 200 stepeni, 20 minuta do pola sata.
Sastojci: (za 6 osoba)
4 jaja
300g feta sira
1 casa (2dl) ulja
1 casa (2dl) kisele vode
1 prasak za pecivo
4 soljice kukuruznog brasna
How it's made?
You should start by whisking eggs and then add crumbled cheese and mix it all together. After that add oil, water, baking powder and finally corn flour. When all the ingredients are combined pour the mass in oiled pan or baking molds. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

1 cup (2dl) carbonated water
1 baking powder
4 cups of corn flour
