Gibanica je u Srbiji jedno od najomiljenijih jela. Sprema se brzo i lako i obavezni je deo trpeze skoro svakog slavlja na ovim prostorima. To je vrsta pite koja se pravi iskljucivo sa sirom i to kravljim koji je veoma specificnog ukusa i cesto je nepoznat ljudima koji zive van Balkana. Specijalitet ovih krajeva je gibanica "guzvara". Osim prve kore, ostale se natapaju u nadev od sira, jaja i vode, "guzvaju" i tako redjaju u tepsiju gde se posle peku.

Kako se pravi?
* Priprema fila
Stavite sir u dublju posudu, dodajte jaja i mesajuci sjedinite sastojke. Zatim dodajte pavlaku, so i mineralnu vodu mesajuci sve vreme.

Pripremite dublji pleh i dobro ga podmazite. Na dno pleha stavite dva lista kora za gibanicu tako da krajevi kora obloze i ivice pleha. Pojedinacno guzvajuci listove kora popunite dno pleha i zatim prelijte naguzvane kore pripremljenim filom. Ceo postupak guzvanja kora i prelivanja filom ponavljajte dok ne iskoristite preostale sastojke. Postupak zavrsite prekrivanjem dva lista kora za gibanicu. Pre pecenja premazite gibanicu sa malo mineralne vode i ulja i pecite oko 1h u vec zagrejanoj rerni na 200stepeni.

500g kora za gibanicu
5 jaja
200ml pavlake
500g kravljeg sira
4dl mineralne vode

Put the cheese in a deep bowl, add eggs and mix it all together. Then add sour cream, salt and mineral water.

Prepare a deeper, well oiled baking dish. At the bottom of the baking dish put two layers of phyllo dough. Then crumple a few phyllo sheets to fill the bottom of the baking dish and pour them with filling. Continue with this pattern until you've used all the ingredients up. Complete the procees by putting two layers of phyllo on top and sprinkle it with oil. Bake for about an hour in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.

2 cups (4dl) mineral water
